User Requirements & Behavior

  • All users must be 13 or older to register and use the website.
  • Do not use hateful language, such as homophobia, racism, xenophobia. Respect all users and do not make death threats.
  • Any usage of slurs will result in immediate moderation actions towards your account.
  • Do not upload offensive or sexual content to the website.
  • Do not talk about sexual topics.
  • Do not cause unnecessary drama.

Platform Security & Integrity

  • Do not make alternative accounts.
  • Do not use any exploits or hacks.
  • Do not make any content with malicious links.
  • Do not make off-site deals.
  • Do not create another account after making usage of your right to be forgotten request.
  • Do not sell invite keys.
  • Do not scam other users.

Art. 17 GDPR - Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)

  • You have the right to request the deletion of your PII, and we will comply with this request by making a ticket on our Discord server.
  • This request will result in the permanent ban of your account, and any PII will be deleted from our servers.
  • Content you have uploaded to the website that does not contain any PII will be kept on our servers and won’t be deleted.
  • You won’t able to recover your account after this request or create a new account on the website for security reasons.

Kamari is not responsible for any user actions. We do not agree with any user opinion nor endorse any. Do NOT upload, link to, or generally talk about illegal unlawful content.

Kamari may take moderation actions on your account at any time for any reason. If your account is compromised, or permanently gone in any way, Kamari does not owe you compensation.

Kamari staff are not to be prohibited from joining an individual player’s game. If you ignore this rule, you or your game may be moderated, and you must immediately correct any bans you have applied to Kamari staff members.

Any actions done on the site, such as uploading content, making a game, or making an account, making a purchase, is considered final and cannot be undone. This also includes any payment made to Kamari for any reason external to the website.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any changes. However, it is your responsibility to check these terms regularly. We will not be held responsible for any consequences that arise from your failure to do so.
