These Terms are legally binding. If you do not agree, you must stop using Kamari immediately.
Kamari (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a project of Pixi, a fiscally sponsored 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization by The Hack Foundation (EIN: 81-2908499). By accessing or using Kamari’s website, games, services, or community platforms, you (“you,” “user,” “member”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Eligibility

1.1 You must be 13 years or older to use Kamari.1.2 You may not use Kamari if:
  • You are prohibited by law in your jurisdiction,
  • You have been previously banned from Kamari, or
  • You have made a “Right to Be Forgotten” request under GDPR or similar laws.

Community Conduct

2.1 You must follow the Kamari Community Standards, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.2.2 You may see the Community Standards at here

Account Responsibility

3.1 You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.3.2 You must keep your account credentials secure and not share them.3.3 If your account is compromised, you must notify Kamari immediately.
