Why the client gets flagged by my antivirus?
Due to how Kamari Clients work, some antivirus programs may flag the Kamari client as a virus as we utilize unsigned files and VMProtect.
Rest assured, you can trust us that our client is completely safe, and this are measures we take to bring you over security, to fix exploits and other vulnerabilities.
How do I whitelist the client to be flagged by my antivirus?
Whitelisting the client from the antivirus is really simple, if you are using windows defender. This steps may be similar with your antivirus vendor and you have to look how to exclude folders on your own antivirus vendor.
Open the Windows Security application
Search for Virus & threat protection settings
Search for Exclusions on the Virus & threat protection settings
Add an exclusion as FOLDER
Type in the route of the Kamari client and click on Select Folder
The path to the Kamari client is %localappdata%/Kamari
. You can also copy the path from the file explorer.
After this, the Kamari client should be whitelisted and not flagged by your antivirus anymore. If you are still having issues, please contact us on our Discord server and we will help you.
